To let the Bwlch yr Esgair hir lead mines under the Manor and Lordship of Generglyn for 150 years determinable by death of 1.
With covenants: to lease all buildings he may require for working the mines; to take over the leases of all tenants prejudicially effected by mining activities; for payment for new discoveries of lead veins by the valuation of William Pughe of Mathavarn, Co.Montg. Esq.
Consideration: £200 on Jan. 1st 1692/3 under articles of agreement of Jan. 1st 1691/2 as specified. Annual rental of £100 subject to 2. continuing to work mines and being ejected by no one. £1OO on Sept. 29th 1693 with covenant for repayment if he is ejected.

On the marriage of Elizabeth eldest daughter of Simon Morris to Thomas Hugh, messuages and lands in the township of Elarth, parish of Llanbadarn Vawr called Tythyn Aber Nant y Corryd alias Tythyn y bedw and Tythyn Lletty Wenlly and Cae Issa yn nant y pervedd and in the township of Caylau and Maesmor parish of Llanvichangell Genorglyn called Tythyn glan yr avon with a dairy called Llyast gwar y Llath, Tythyn allt y Cadno, Tir y bryn mawr rhwng y ddwy forth and Tye y Cerrig Gwnion.
To the use of 1 and his issue by Elizabeth with remainder to his right heirs
