3 - 25. Diaries of J. T. Parry, ordained 1898 at

Cardiff. These diaries contain notes on

contemporary events as well as personal

details and are written in Welsh and

(At college in Cardiff but travelled extensively

around Wales. He notes the death of Gladstone

on 19 May. Moves to Brynaeron, Cilian on

8 August and receives ordination as Minister

of Cilcenin and Dihewyd churches on 10 and 11

August. He mentions the National Eisteddfod

at Blaenau Festiniog on 18 July)
