	1.	7 July 1852 CONDITIONS OF SALE of the tanhouse, tanyard and premises situate near the village of Llangawsa pa. Llanbadarn Fawr, to be sold by auction. [The premises were bought by Elizabeth Evans for £260 paid to William Edwards and Mary Edwards ]
	2.	11 May 1854 1. William Edwards of Wernddu, pa. Llanbadarn Fawr, farmer, and Mary Edwards of Pwllyuchaf, pa. Llanfihangel Croyddin, widow 2. Elizabeth Evans, daughter of James Evans, tanner, dec'd, of Midway, spinster [reciting indenture of 13 May 1851, between James Evans of Maesbangor, and William Edwards and Mary Edwards ] CONVEYANCE IN FEE from 1 to 2 of a parcel of land adjoining the turnpike road leading from Aberystwyth to Rhayader, and all the tanhouse, tanyard, tanpit pool etc on the said land Consideration: £260

TRANSFER OF MORTGAGE of the above premises for securing the sum of £200 and interest Consideration: £200 paid by Richard Hughes to Eleanor Edwards with the privity of Lewis Edwards
	6.	18 July 1863 LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of Mr. Evan Evans of Llangowsa pa. Llanbadarn Fawr, schoolmaster, leaving all his estate to his sister Margaret Evans Probate granted 20 April 1865
