Of all that messuage in the pa. of Nantgwnlle, Cards. called Troedy Rhiw Hir in as large a manner as I(1.?) had lately purchased the same of Richard Gwyn, Gent. Dec'd and Jane his wife.

For 11 years of Troedrhiwglasgrig and all that cottage with the garden and four fields therewith occupied called Pwll y Gelod, all in Llanbadarn Fawr pa.

Duties: 1 load of good oat or barley straw p.a. 4 pullets and 40 eggs at Shrovetide, 6 chickens at Whitsuntide and 1 fat goose at Christmas and 3 days work with a man, cart and 3 able horses or 18s. in lieu, 2 days with 1 man at Hay or Harvest time at Penglaise. Tenant to erect a barn and to be allowed timber from within 4 miles, and 12 tons of lime at the kiln in Aberystwyth
