Huntingdon, farmer Premises - A messuage called Nether House, with a close of pasture adjoining, containing 4 acres and 22 perches and called Pentloes Copy, Moors Close, Bysbys Close, and 84 acres, 34 roods and 528 perches of land in Grange, Aunsel and Sand Hill Fields, all in Swineshead. (Further described). To ensure that the above premises, surrendered by John Day to the use of Robert Lovell in consideration of £4955, are free from any conditions or limitations. (excepting 2 conditional surrenders made between John Day and William Flitton for £1200 and £200, at the request of Robert Lovell. Release is endorsed with receipt for £45 llth and 12th December, 1815 LLLL Deed of covenant made between Thomas Lovell of Swineshead, co. Huntingdon, farmer, and John Carrington of Saint Neots, co. Huntingdon, ironmonger. Huntingdon) admitting William Pestell, Junior following the surrender by William Pestell, senior, his father, (now deceased) Premises - a messuage and eleven acres. Custody of the property and of the widowed mother of William Pestell, Junior, is given to John Pestell until William Pestell, Junior, reaches 18 years of age. By the death of William Pestell, Senior, the lord of the manor gains as a heriot one red cow worth 15 shillings.
