To ensure that the above premises, surrendered by

John Day to the use of

Robert Lovell in consideration of £4955, are free from

any conditions or limitations. (excepting 2 conditional

surrenders made between

John Day and William Flitton for £1200 and £200,

at the request of

Robert Lovell.
